Assessment

The ambition of Conversation is to gather conversational economy pioneers from across Europe in Nantes for a day dedicated to innovations in the sphere of conversations. The event is 100% designed and produced by iAdvize. It's an event about content during which there have been 3 conversations, 3 inspirations and 2 workshops.

This first event dedicated to the conversational economy has gathered 150 professionals coming from Germany, Spain, France, Morocco and the United Kingdom. 60 European brands have attended the event (AirFrance, Axa, BMW, Cdiscount, SFR, Feelunique, L'Oréal, Moulin Rouge, Renault, Voyages-sncf.com, etc.), 20 actors from the customer service ecosystem (Arvato, Botfuel, Facebook, Webhelp, etc.) and 18 speakers.
